II. Basic information of the project 

The project will be constructed in two phases, with a total investment of RMB 200 million for the first phase of the project to build 40,000 tons of high-performance anhydrous aluminum fluoride and the supporting production line; and RMB 300 million for the second phase of the project to build a production line of 40,000 tons of single-capacity electronic-grade hydrofluoric acid. The total construction period is 24 months, and the first phase of the project will be completed within 12 months. The project has a labor force of 214 people, including 172 production workers and 42 management, technical and marketing service personnel. The project is expected to achieve an annual output value of 1 billion yuan, pay taxes of 150 million yuan, and realize a profit of 80 million yuan after the project is completed and stabilized.
