High-temperature alumina powder is produced by using alumina powder and aluminum hydroxide powder as raw materials through high-temperature calcination in rotary kiln; the kiln length and low rotary speed significantly increase the temperature preservation time, and special additives are added to reduce the content of impurities, improve the α conversion rate and control irregular change of primary crystal. High-temperature alumina micro powder is made of high-temperature alumina powder ground with high-alumina ball mill through grading.

Low-sodium high-temperature alumina is characterized by high α conversion rate, low sodium content, high purity, stable thermal property, low shrinking percentage, high density of finished ceramic, good electrical insulating property, high heat conductivity coefficient, etc. It is applicable to production of over 92% corundum and ceramics, especially for over 95% alumina ceramics.
Purpose of low-sodium high-temperature alumina:
Electronic ceramics such as electronic vacuum tube shell, spark plug, etc.
Wear-resistant ceramics such as paper making machinery, sealing ring, textile machinery, etc.
High-temperature materials such as alumina crucible, porcelain tube, etc.
High-frequency insulating porcelain, LCD substrate glass, ceramic glaze, etc.
